As part of the "one, holy, catholic and apostolic church," the identity of uci goes beyond culture, race, language, time and space. The church can be compared to a stream that originates at the foot of Christ's Cross. The only orthodox true christian faith based on sharing and caring for faithful living rooted in good fellowship is the focus from its very inception in 2019.

Institutionalization of faith and church is understood as an abomination to true spirited christian life and fellowship by the founders of this church.

Though UCI originated from the united church of india, which had its origins in the marthoma church, presently world is looking for peaceful coexistence without grudge and apartheid where congregation of people who believes in jesus christ can come together and share space in fellowship beyond religious differences.

Many of the sacraments and priestly prides found to be demeaning true teachings of bible and invited criticism from world renowned leaders like gandhiji. this is also understood in spirit while setting up the alternate model of christian church under uci which proclaims gospel, true sharing of love and mission to the needy leading to compassionate existence of humankind.

Priesthood for the Future

The zeal of a god fearing individual who is willing to learn fundamental teachings of jesus christ leading to good living on earth and beyond in the eternity and his/her commitment to share the word of god beyond the meaning of full time vocation makes priesthood in uci. it has been found that in the last few decades, priesthood is reduced to an attractive vocation to people in the protestant church where it became a glamorous social position for the other churches. uci promotes priesthood among common men and women practicing other professions working around the globe as well if they have commitment to contribute to the service of almighty god by extending their spare time to the benefit of the congregation in and around them through expression of faith.

Facilitating faith in a deeper way and it has better equipped us to help and serve the needs of all peoples regardless of caste, creed or religion. we the uci is thankful and appreciative of the many different expressions of faith within christ’s one, holy, catholic and apostolic church. the church embraces all those individuals and churches who call upon the name of the lord jesus christ and hold to the biblical faith. universal brotherhood in jesus christ is the vision of uci where incorporating all those who met true love of christ at some juncture of life will be members. such people found to have grater earnest and spirited belief in christ which goes beyond the orthodox roots of christian family, but for the greater glory of god almighty.

The United Church International is a unique Christian Marthoma organization with churches, ministries and members across the Bible and a vision for ministering to communities around the world. Our goal is to build strong, vibrant church communities through weekly fellowship, regular Bible studies and the Biblical festivals. Come join our family in worshiping God the father and develop a relationship with Jesus Christ. The mission of the United Church International is to carry the whole gospel to the whole world. The church is truely an international organization with an unserving commitment to missions. Rural churches mission is to Houses of prayer and Tribal missions is to Tuition centers at tribal hamlets. Widows and widowers forum, united palliative care mission and student support programmes are the main activities involved in our church. This leads to most progress in the field of humanity. Teaching the believers to pray for themselves and its importance though there is committed prayer support offered on request by the clergy, evangelists and decons. Teaching the believers to pray for themselves is the true Christians spirit of prayer and missions. We practice it in better way. Universal brother hood in Jesus Christ is the vision of UCI where incorporating all those who met true love of Christ at some juncture of life will be members. Such people found to have greater earnest spirited belief in Christ which goes beyond the Marthoma roots of Christian family, but for the greater glory of God Almighty.
